You can only request the return of 1 item at a time.
At Elisheen, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer store credit only so you can choose another item that better suits your needs.
Return Conditions
✔️ Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
✔️ They must be free from stains, marks, odors, or any type of damage.
✔️ Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
✔️ A tracking number must be provided for all returns, as we can only process returns that meet our policy requirements.
⛔ Non-returnable items:
- Items on sale or promotion.
- Premium items.
- Items without a valid reason for return.
Store Credit & Processing Time
📌 We do not offer refunds, only store credit will be issued upon approval of your return.
📌 Store credit will be automatically applied to your Elisheen account and can be viewed and used directly on our store for future purchases. It will remain valid for 6 months.
📌 Items purchased partially or fully using store credit are non-returnable.
We are not responsible for lost parcels during return shipping. We also do not take responsibility for any shipping-related malfunctions.
